Om Rubber Rolls has fully equipped laboratory with highly trained and experienced rubber technologists and engineers.

    A Compound is mixture of various ingredients with its base polymer to obtain the required physical and chemical properties according to industry specifications.

    Om Rubber Rolls develops consistent, high standard rubber compounds to meet stringent requirement for roller manufactures for all industries. Om Rubber Rolls also delivers custom mixed compounds. Om Rubber Rolls only uses top quality raw materials. Our vendors/suppliers are required to furnish us with the material certification on every rubber ingredient. Om Rubber Rolls custom and advanced mixing facilities include kneader mixing, open mill mixing, straining and calendering that enable Om Rubber Rolls to offer the highest quality standards in its compounds.

    Om Rubber Rolls technical facilities include state-of-the-art testing equipment and machines that are regularly maintained and calibrated. This enables Om Rubber Rolls to perform different tests and inspections right from raw materials to final product. These tests are for hardness, tensile strength, tear strength, abrasion resistance, fluid resistance, ozone/UV resistance, resilience and ageing among others.

    All tests are carried out according to internationally accepted standards and/or the customer’s requirements by qualified and experienced personnel.

    After extensive research, Om Rubber Rolls has developed various compounds for hardness ranging from 12 Shore A to 100 Shore A using a wide range of materials such as: NR, SBR, EPDM, NBR, PVC-NBR, CR, CSM, SILICONE (Q) and PU.

    Om Rubber Rolls qualified and experienced staff can develop formulations and colour matching for specific requirements. Our extensive formulae library is constantly enhanced to keep pace with the rapid technological development.
